Our Story
Kade's sifting idea came from the inefficiency raking was doing for commonly used beaches around the Okanagan. Raking was only pushing hazardous material further into the sand so Kade spent time researching for a reliable sifting machine that would remove debris and make sand clean again. This led him to starting his business called Jensen Sand Cleaning. He is currently pursuing his Finance degree at Mount Royal University while also playing on the men's hockey team. Kade has a passion for making positive changes in his community while also continuing to learn and develop his knowledge in the business world.

Jensen Sand Cleaning has had the pleasure of working with the RDOS for four years now. Cleaning their five beaches spanning from Naramata, Kaleden, and Okanagan Falls. These beaches include Manitou, Wharf, Pioneer, Christie, and Kenyon park.

$275 / Hourly - Skid Steer Simex BC200
*Minimum of 2 Hour jobs
$175 / Hourly - Barber Sandman Walk-Behind
$85 / Hourly - John Deere Tractor for Dumping Debris
Travel Time - Depending on location from Kaleden, BC
SIMEX Travel Pricing:
- Location between Oliver and Summerland is $120 There and Back
- Further than Oliver and Summerland is $240 There and Back
BARBER Travel Pricing:
- Location between Oliver and Summerland is $60 There and Back
- Further than Oliver and Summerland is $120 There and Back
*If both machine are mobilized and used we use both Simex BC200 and Barber

$100/Hour Tilling if requested
Landfill Debris Dump Charge - Dependant on amount of debris removed per job
